Desayunos saludables y deliciosos para volver a la rutina

From now on, with these recipes, your breakfasts will stop being monotonous and will become healthy and delicious. If you want to continue with a healthy diet, don't miss these recipes.

What is a healthy breakfast?

Breakfast should provide around 20% of the total energy for the day to face all the activities we do.

A healthy breakfast is not a breakfast that contains few calories. The important thing is where those calories come from. That is why you should forget about pastries (only if you have a treat) since this type of food has an excess of sugar and saturated fats.

A healthy breakfast should include foods from the different groups, but it is not mandatory. Try to combine a dairy product (a source of calcium); carbohydrates, such as unsweetened cereals (oats) or bread; proteins - eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt or salmon - and fruit.

You can divide your breakfast into two batches. One when you get up and another mid-morning. This way, you won't snack uncontrollably throughout the morning.
