Hola gracias por los consejos, yo tengo 46 años, y soy una mujer que trato de comer saludable, y realmente casi consumo todo loque tu explicas, pero ase unos 10 meses me he sentido mal, y mis doctores no me dicen nada interesante, nomas que coma saludable, entonces ya nose que es saludable, porque yo consumo mucho todo lo verde granos agua tomo mucha,…..y mi cuerpo no tiene fuerza me siento que cada vez pierdo fuerza, ago ejercicio 4 días por semana 1 hora.❤️
