Dumbbell Pullover: Lie face up on a bench with your head fully supported. Grab a dumbbell and place it in front of your face. Keep your arms extended but not completely rigid. Slowly bring your arms back, inhale as far as you can, and exhale as you come back up. Perform 4 sets of 10.


Pull-ups: Grip the pull-up bar wider than your shoulders, but not too wide or you could injure your shoulders. Ideally, the same width as you would grab a bar for shoulder presses.

Once you are hanging, use your legs to help you climb up.

Once at the top, exhale and hold for 2 seconds, then come back down in a controlled manner.
